第17话：夢の続き
Scenario 17: After The Dream
We get Renton, Holland and Talho to start the mission.
No SR Point yet.
16 initial enemies, scattered all over the map.
End of turn 1. Since Renton was out of range, I couldn’t get any kills.
The aliens start attacking the NPC :S
That triggers an event though, and the Ptolemy appears with our army. Unfortunately, because of the Eureka 7 team, we can only deploy 10 units.
Turn 2. Time to start ripping into them!
End of Turn 2.
Turn 3. I’m taking things pretty easy here.
The Nirvash is kinda crap compared to what it was in Z2. No Seven Swell!
End of turn 3. Only the big guy is left.
Sadly when Turn 4 rolls around, he runs away.
Replaced with dimensional beasts 🙁
The Rhino goes straight for the NPC mothership as well.
There’s a short event sequence where Renton and Eureka are reunited.
She boards the Nirvash and they proceed to show off a bit. After the event Renton’s SP is restored to full too (but not ‘Nirvash’).
Now the SR Point appears. Basically destroy everything, then the big rhino “Moby Dick” MD within 3 turns.
There aren’t that many MDs, but they are scattered all over the map.
For once I have these Dimensional Beasts outmatched. This one is 100-0 in Chirico’s favour!
After the rhino is attacked for the first time…a smug looking guy appears, who has some beef with Crow.
And he’s got 18,000 HP.
End of Turn 4.
Turn 5. It’s getting a bit rough as there are more Dimensional Beasts at the bottom I haven’t touched yet, and this ???? guy is giving me the shits.
I decide I’ve had enough of him. It took many resets to finally down him, as he has crazy hit and dodge rates.
End of Turn 5. Just 5 more MDs and the Rhino left.
Turn 6.
Hayato and Karen take care of the ones at the botom.
Finally the damn rhino MD gets it. Setsuna is bled dry, so no Seven Swords 🙁
And I get the SR Point.
I apologize for the rather boring mission as I’m testing out trying to capture animations as Flash files. If you see a blank space, chances are you don’t have flash installed.
